Tutu’s and Tennis Shoes- Hoping you can join us for dinner, dancing, and a sweet evening filled with precious memories!

Details:

  • Girls may bring their dad or another special male guest.

  • Please purchase your tickets by January 23rd.

  • Attire: Girls- frilly/fancy dress, Men- button-down, jacket or suit. You can wear nice shoes or tennis shoes...whatever suits your style!

Extracurricular Activities- We are excited to launch our spring after-school programming! Along with returning BBS favorites such as Soccer Shots, CHA Ballet, Chess Club, and more, we are thrilled to introduce a brand-new offering to our lineup: BAM Adventures Club.

Sponsored by the local LEGO® store Bricks & Minifigs, BAM Adventures Club is a six-week enrichment experience where students engage in hands-on activities using LEGO bricks to explore creativity, problem-solving, and teamwork. Each week, students will tackle a new theme or challenge, building models such as buildings, bridges, vehicles, and imaginative worlds.

Swim Lessons- This program is not only a learn-to-swim program, but also one that teaches the four competitive strokes and proper technique. Lessons are available for children who cannot swim, as well as for those who have limited ability and want to be involved in competitive swimming. 

  • Ages: 2 years and up

  • Dates: January 12-May 23

  • Where: McCallie Sports and Activities Center, 500 Dodds Ave

  • Times: Monday-Thursday 11am-7 pm, Saturday 10:30 am-12:30 pm

  • Class Size: 1:1 ratio

  • Cost: $18 for one (1) 15 min lesson, $36 for one (1) 30 min lesson


MCR Foundation- Join us on Thursday, January 29th, 2026, as we host best-selling author, Catherine Price. In addition to her former best sellers, Catherine will also be discussing her new book, The Amazing Generation, co-authored with Jonathan Haidt (#1 New York Times best selling author of The Anxious Generation). This is a FREE EVENT for the community, located at the UTC Fine Arts Center!! Details on how to register are coming soon. Please contact Emily@mcrfoundation.com with any questions. 

Financial Aid- Applications for need-based financial aid are now being accepted for the 2026-2027 school year. The financial aid application deadline is January 31, 2026. You will find the link to the application and other important details about the financial aid process on the Financial Aid page on our website. Save the Date- Our School Auction is happening Friday, February 27th, at The Common House. Join us in person at 6:00 PM to mix, mingle, and enjoy hors d’oeuvres, followed by dinner at 6:30 PM. The online auction closes at 7:15 PM, and our live auction kicks off immediately after. We hope you’ll make plans to be part of this fun and memorable evening!
