Unit: Healthy Bodies

Language Arts: We will be reviewing long vowels and learning about sneaky “e”.

Sight Words: Number Words

Math: Place value, one more and one less, comparing numbers, counting money to 30 cents.

Announcements:

We will take graduation photos on May 1st. Your child will need to wear their graduation clothes and shoes for the photos. Students will need to bring a spirit shirt to change into after.

We will have our end of the year party at the UTC Aquatic Center on May 8th th from 8:30-10:30. This is also a half day dismissal at 11:00.

Graduation will be on the morning of May 21st at 9:00 AM. Kindergarten students will need neutral colored shoes for graduation. Girls will need a white dress to wear for graduation and boys will need to wear khaki pants or shorts with a white button down shirt or a collared shirt.

Please continue to review sight words. We all need to develop fluency, which is accomplished by daily practice!
