Unit: Christmas- Traditions 

Language Arts: Letter Zz

F&F: Illustration and Important Details- We will be reading Christmas books and talking about the illustrations this week. 

Math: We are continuing our study of numbers to 20. We will be studying fives and ones with money, comparing and measuring length and counting on to 60. 

Announcements: 

• Please send a jacket with your child everyday. We do go outside in the cold mornings! 

• On December 19th, we will have our Christmas Party! This is a half-day. Dismissal is at 11:15 a.m. Parents are welcome to attend Christmas parties. They will be from 10:30-11:15. Students may wear pajamas to school (with tennis shoes).

Coming Events: 

December 18 - Share your Christmas Civilian Day (if you donated at least 5 cans)

December 19 - Unwrapped and unopened toy due for our service project 

December 19- Christmas Parties – 10:30 a.m.

December 19 - Christmas Break begins – ½ day – 11:15 a.m. dismissal
