K5 Overview

May 17 - 22

This is a week of celebrations! Here are a few important reminders for this week.

This week we will be making a special memory book to remember the school year.

Reminders

We will have graduation practice everyday this week. Please make sure your child is here and on time.

Wednesday will be a Game Day! Students are welcome to bring in a board game or card game from home to share with the class.

Graduation will be on the morning of May 22nd at 9:00 a.m. A small reception with lemonade and cookies will take place after graduation in the Courtyard. We will have a rack outside in the courtyard to turn in gowns before you leave. You will keep the hat and tassel.

Don’t forget that your child needs to have 5 summer AR points before 1st grade starts. Summer points will begin to accumulate starting June 1st.

Please be sure to bring your blue school bag everyday. All of our school work will begin coming home.

The last full day of school for Kindergarten is May 21. ASC is not available after graduation.

Library summer hours are Tuesdays (10:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m.) and Thursdays (3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.). Please check the school website for any changes.
