Nicole was born and raised in Chattanooga, Tennessee. She graduated from Carson-Newman College with a degree in Elementary Education. She is married to David, who serves as the Director of the BX for Brainerd Baptist Church. They have two children, Nehemiah and Chloe, who both attend BBS.

Nicole taught at Red Bank Elementary for eleven years. Five of those years were spent in Kindergarten then her final six years were in second grade. Once she and her husband started having children, she became a stay-at-home mom. She loves to spend time with her family. This is her third year at BBS. She loves to be in the classroom and help little minds learn, all while teaching them about God’s love for them! She and her family are active members of Brainerd Baptist Church.

Jeremiah 29:11 is her favorite verse-“For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.”
