Millie was born and raised in Chattanooga. She attended GPS, Wheaton College, and Suffolk University Law School. Millie is married to Adam, and they have four daughters – Bea, Connie, Vera, and Joanna. The family attends Covenant Presbyterian Church, where Millie has been a member since childhood. Millie has spent much of her married life as a stay-at-home mom, and has volunteered with children in many school, church, and athletic settings. In her spare time, Millie enjoys reading with her daughters, coaching Little League softball, taking walks in the neighborhood, and spending time with her parents.
