Joann Hellmann has been part of the BBS faculty for 29 years! She grew up in Nashville, Tennessee. She graduated from Middle Tennessee State University and taught 2nd grade in Murfreesboro! She married Jimmy and moved to Chattanooga where she then taught fourth grade! Her favorite grade is K-4! She has two grown sons, Elliott and Rob. Elliott lives in Chattanooga and Rob in Texas. Jimmy and Joann worship at First Presbyterian where they teach in the Primary Sunday School Department. Joann loves cooking, gardening, and exercising!
