Samantha Walker, 1st Grade Assistant

Samantha was born in California but has lived in Las Vegas for the majority of her life. She attended Pensacola Christian College in Florida, where she received her bachelor’s degree in elementary education. After getting married to her husband, Rylie, two years ago, she moved to Tennessee.

Samantha has loved being a part of the BBS family! This will be her 2nd year teaching 1st grade. Her desire is to see her students grow academically, socially, and spiritually. It is her prayer that each of her students gains a better understanding of who Jesus is and how they can know Him.

Samantha and her husband attend Calvary Chapel Chattanooga. In her free time, she enjoys making new coffee shops, hiking a local trail, or dreaming about spending her summers in Hawaii. One of her favorite verses is Psalm 16:11, “Thou wilt show me the path of life: in the presence is fullness of joy; at the right hand there are pleasures for evermore.”
