2011-2012 School Calendar- This is the official school calendar
Supply List for 2011-2012 - For all students in K3,K4 or K5 classes
Supply list - 2011-2012 - For all students in grades 1-5
Dress Code 2011 - 2012 - This is the updated dress code including changes regarding shoes and leggings
Math Expectations - Summary of grade level expectations regarding math and what you should work on with your child
Summer Reading Lists - For all students in grades 1-5.
Medical Consent Form - This form is required each year and must be notarized. The school will notarize this for you. Please do not sign bottom until you are at school in front of notary.
Authorization for Dismissal - This form authorizes other family or friends to pick your child up from school
