Classes offered at

BRAINERD BAPTIST SCHOOL and at the BEAUTIFUL BX

 

Pre-School: Girls and Boys Gymnastics classes are held on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and or Thursdays in the SCHOOL cafeteria at 12:30.  Mrs. Angela and STAFF pick the children up from their class room and walks them to the cafeteria.  Parent pick-up (or return for after care nap) is at 1:15 p.m.  

Pre-School: Girls Dance and Cheer (combo class) Tuesday and/or Wednesdays 12:30 to 1:15 (same procedure as above)

 

All After-School classes for K-8th  grade students are available on Mondays (immediately following school) at the BEAUTIFUL BX.  Mrs. Angela and STAFF walk the children up (at their class time) to the BX.  IF weather does not permit, we hold class in the cafeteria on inclement weather days J

Gymnastics  for K students at the BX  Mondays  2:30 or 3:15

Gymnastics 1st -3rd grade: 3:15 to 4:00

Gymnastics 4th and 5th grade 3:30 to 4:15

Mrs. Jennia’s Creative Movement/ Classical Movement Pre-K & K   2:30  or 3:15;  K and up 3:45, 4:15 and 4:45

Cheer and Stunt  2:30 or 3:15  OR  4:15 – 5:00

Baton Twirling 4:15 OR 5:00

(all students are divided into age on ability groups)

Evening   Classes   are AVAILABLE

Dance/Cheer: 6:15

Gymnastics: Girls - 5:45 Boys – 6:15

 

 

Ages: 2 yrs – 8th grade

Boys and Girls

Classes start the very first week of school.  Pre-school students will start the first class day of their phase in.

$38.50 per month; per performing art

Our current students will advance to the next level.

 

 

Staff Information:

Mrs. Angela Meyer: 40 years experience in all fields of performing arts. Loves teaching non-competitive aspect of performing arts including: gymnastics, dance, baton, clogging, and more. Mrs. Angela hopes to inspire all to use their bodies to glorify God in all that he is.

Mrs. Jennia: BFA in dance from FSU, accomplished in gymnastics and cheer. Full time at Angela’s Angels and Athletes and Baylor’s dance coach.

Miss. Megan: completed college at Appalachian State, assistant track coach at Baylor, amazing gymnast and athletic prep coach for boys, she is a pole vault champion

Miss. Ashley: accomplished competitive cheerleader, served as a competitive cheer coach and judge, baton twirler and dance coach, 3rd degree black belt in tae-kwon do and works with our athletes Miss Jennifer: studied tap and all forms of dance for 22 years, her passion is dance but is accomplished in all performing arts
